About our Client
Our client is a sizeable retail company in Hong Kong. Due to business growth, they are currently looking for a seasoned C&B Manager to join and lead the team.
About the Role
- Directly report to Head of HR and leading a sizeable team
- Oversee the C&B function and monitor day-to-day operation, including but not limited to payroll and benefits administration in a professional and efficient manner
- Lead and participate in C&B annual exercises, such as staff cost budgeting, salary benchmarking, incentive/ commission scheme review, bonus scheme and tax reporting
- Work closely with group on localizing any C&B initiatives
- Participate management and stakeholders meeting for C&B updates
- Assist in any adhoc duties if required
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With 8 years of experience in C&B and rewards, ideally from sizeable companies/ labour intensive industries
- Down-to-earth, strong business acumen and with learning agility
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
