About the Role
Reporting to Head of Call Centre, you will lead the team and manage the operations of the call centre. You will set KPIs, monitor and motivate performance to ensure high quality customer services. You will allocate resources and cooperate with other team members to resolve customers' request efficiently. You will participate in recruitment and continuously provide training and coach the team members. You will communicate and provide updates to management on operational issues and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 6 years of customer service / call centre experience
- Track record in managing a large team
- Strong leadership and customer-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
