About the Client
Our client is a Hong Kong listed company with a continuous plan to develop an integrated healthcare ecosystem in Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area. A rare opportunity has arisen and they are now inviting a Centre Manager for their newly established postnatal centre.
About the Role
- Implement business straregies to drive business profitability for the postnatal centre by leading the sales and marketing team
- Manage centre operational budget and oversee daily centre operations by leading a team of operational staff
- Ensure the highest service sdtandards are delivered by providing training to employees, and constantly improving services through customer feedback and complaints
- Responsible for staff rostering, inventory management, and other ad hoc projects
Requirements
- Diploma or above in any discipline
- Minimum 8 years' experience in managing private clinics, prior postnatal centre management experience would be advantageous
- Strong commercial sense with a track record in driving profitability for healthcare clinics
- Excellent people management, presentation, and communication skills
- Customer centric and enjoys working in a customer oriented environment
- High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
