About the Client
Our client is a well-established retail and corporate banking corporation with a long history in Hong Kong. For succession planning, they are looking for a Deputy Chief Credit Risk Officer to join their team.
About the Role
This position will function as the Deputy Chief Credit Risk Officer for the Retail and Corporate sectors. The position will be responsible for overseeing the teams responsible for the initial underwriting and subsequent monitoring of all related exposures. This role will also have primary responsibility for ensuring the teams adhere to Hong Kong risk standards and maintain the credit quality of the Bank's credit portfolio.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree holder in BBA or related disciplines. You should have at least 25 years or more banking experience and over 15 years in the credit risk function and in a management capability. You should possess strong leadership abilities and strategic management skills, including senior executive interaction with the ability to influence. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese are required.
