About our Client
Our client is a business group with a strong reputation in its specialisation. A new opportunity now exists for a seasoned digital guru to join their management team as the Chief Marketing Officer.
About the Role
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for leading a sizable marketing team which manage an integrated marketing plan and execution and marketing production. Your prime role is to devise an effective online marketing strategy and identify different social media platforms with proven ROI results. You will be working closely with the Sales Team and pass them all the measurable sales leads like enquiry calls and online subscriptions as generated from the digital marketing programs. In addition, you can recommend other innovative or useful communication channels to reach out to the new customers for both brand promotion and business expansion. It is a senior marketing role and you will be a key member in the management team to drive the business growth substantially.
Requirements
To qualify, successful individual must possess:
- Degree in marketing / business management or other related disciplines
- 15+ years integrated marketing experience
- Proven track record in digital marketing and ROI management
- Background from FMCG / beauty / retail
- Strategic, creative, ability to work under fast pace and result driven environment
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
