Our client is an international medical manufacturer known for producing top-notch medical technologies that has been curing patients around the world. To support the continuous growth of their business, they are now inviting a Field Service Engineer to join their Hong Kong team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will provide technical and case support following the company's guideline and procedures at operating theaters in public and private hospitals. You will initiate, develop, expand, and maintain excellent KOL rapport and relationships. Lastly, you will work closely with sales team by providing necessary case support to KOL when needed to support continuous business growth.
Requirement
- Degree holder in Biomedical/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 1 year technical service experience in the medical industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with strong problem solving skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English
