About The Client
Our client is a well-established Supply Chain Management company headquartered in Hong Kong. To cope with business expansion across the region, they are currently hiring for a seasoned Company Secretary to join and lead the function as the business expands.

About The Role
Reporting into the CFO, you will:

- Lead the Company Secretary team on IPO exercises, pre- and post- due diligence work alongside other company secretarial duties such as the setup and the implementation of public listing strategies
- Advise on all corporate governance related matters to ensure compalice standards are aligned with Hong Kong listing rules, the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and other statutory requirements
- Prepare annual reports, internal reports, board announcements and circulars
- Arrange Board committee and general management meetings, also maintain proper meeting minutes and corporate registers
- Work closely with internal and external professional parties as required
- Perform ad hoc duties and projects as assigned

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be/have:
- A degree holder and a qualified member of HKCGI/ ICSA/ CA/ CPA
- 15+ years of compay secretarial experience in sizeable companies, with prior exposure handling IPOs
- Well-versed of listing rules, regulations and familiar with Companies Ordinance
- Keep abreast of latest changes on relevant regulations and requirements
- Strong communication and organisation skills, and a proven people-leader who can build and manage a team
- Detail oriented, ability to multitask working within a dynamic and fast-changing engironment
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Immediate available candidates highly regarded
