About Our Client
Our client is a renowned beauty/nutrition group in Hong Kong. To sustain the group's continuous development, they are looking for a Customer Service Executive / Membership Specialist to join the team.
Responsibility
- Handle customers' enquiries, complaints, registration of new members
- Provide administrative support such as answering calls, screening emails and data entry
- Follow up after sales service issues include order cancellation, returns and exchanges order arrangement
- Assist in organising global events and projects
- Assists with ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher diploma or above in any disciplines
- 1 year experience in customer service, receptionist, call centre or sales
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Approachable, friendly and basic computer skills
- Good command in spoken and written English
