About Our Client

Our client is a renowned beauty/nutrition group in Hong Kong. To sustain the group's continuous development, they are looking for a Customer Service Executive / Membership Specialist to join the team.

Responsibility

  • Handle customers' enquiries, complaints, registration of new members
  • Provide administrative support such as answering calls, screening emails and data entry
  • Follow up after sales service issues include order cancellation, returns and exchanges order arrangement
  • Assist in organising global events and projects
  • Assists with ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above in any disciplines
  • 1 year experience in customer service, receptionist, call centre or sales
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Approachable, friendly and basic computer skills
  • Good command in spoken and written English
