Responsibilities
- Provides and maintain professional counter services to distributors by promptly answering enquiries from local and overseas distributor, giving correct advice and assistance to members
- Process all kind of local and international orders from members
- Support all company activities and sales events
- Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Diploma or above
- at least 1 years' customer service experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken Cantonese, English, Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS office application, Chinese word processing
- Customer oriented with detail-minded and good problem solving skill
- Willingness to be flexible in working hours and expected to work overtime as well as non-working day
