About Our Client
Our client is one of the service providers in Hong Kong. Their business are stable under Covid. To sustain their continuous growth, they are looking for Customer Service Assistants to join the CS Team.
Responsibility
- Handle the daily enquiry and complaints
- Maintain the company system's operation, invocing, cross checking and system reset
- Provide support to customers and hotlines on their system registration and upgrade
Requirements:
- DSE or above, fresh graduates are also welcome.
- A minimum of 1 year full-time/part-time working, preferably with customer service/hotline experience
- Good communication and learning attitude
- Familiar with computer usage, MS Office

工作職責:
- 負責處理訪客及熱線電話的查詢
- 簡單操作公司系統,如出單,對數,設定等功能 (公司內部會提供訓練)
- 為顧客提供公司的電腦系統或手機應用程式的技術支援及解答登入系統時遇到的困難等
入職要求:
- 學歷不拘,應屆畢業生均可
- 有一年以上全職或兼職工作經驗更佳,有熱線/顧客服務等相關經驗優先
- 具備良好的工作態度,好學及學習能力高者優先
- 具備良好粵語溝通能力,能看懂懂簡單英語
- 略懂電腦,MS Office的操作
