Deputy Director - Treasury
About the Client
Our client is a renowned and aggressively growing blue-chip company with a diversified consumer business portfolio. Currently, they are looking for an experienced Deputy Director to base in Hong Kong and lead their group treasury function.
About the Role
You will head up the treasury function in Hong Kong. You will manage teams in HK and China and be responsible for treasury management. You will maintain relationship with banks, handle cash management and devise FX hedging strategy. You will involve in projects to mitigate treasury related risks, streamline bank accounts and contacts and manage interest expense. You will also prepare regular reports and make presentations to senior stakeholders and investors regarding the funding and project status.
The Successful Applicant
You should hold a Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline with at least 15 years of work experience in treasury management. You should be a people leader and be able to manage neat teams in HK and China for treasury operation. You should be equipped with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You are required to make regular business presentations to update senior stakeholders on funding/project status. You should be self-driven and able to multi-task and work under pressure. Proficiency in Mandarin and Chinese writing is preferred. Immediately available is definitely an advantage.
