About our Client
Our client is a leading commercial bank in Hong Kong with a strong portfolio of digital banking business. To cope with this rapidly growing business and with the aim to provide an innovative and convenient banking platform for their customers, our client is looking for a high calibre candidate to play an integral part in the Digital Banking team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Digital Analytics, you are responsible for leading digital channel performance tracking across different digital platforms including e-banking, mobile and website, in order to provide insights for further actions based on digital analytics. You will work closely with different stakeholders to drive e-sales on investment products including design strategy in digital platform. You will drive development of the bank's digital products and service offerings.
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 5-years relevant experience in banking and financial industry
- Hands on experience on web analytic tools such as GA, AA and Webtrends etc.
- Good understanding of digital analytics and technology development and knowledge of how to drive digital strategy
- Strong business acumen and with great sense of ownership and responsibility
- Good communication, interpersonal, project management and problem solving skills
- Proficient in both English and Chinese
