About the Client
Our client is a reputable organisation offering a high standard of services and engaging customer experience in the market. They are looking for a talented leader to head up one of their fast growing business unit.
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Division Head, you will be responsible for the growth strategy for the membership including the offering of exclusive entitlements to the members, planning of member acquisition from the high end demographics and the development of retention program to maintain the high activity level of the members. You will own the PNL, leading a sizeable team to organise the lifestyle and trendy events for the members, arouse their interest of repeated participation by delivering a differentiated experience and enjoyment to them. You will oversee the marketing team to promote the awareness of the membership in the market, reaching to the potential new generation and affluent community who share a similar taste as its exclusivity and uniqueness.
Requirements
To qualify, successful individual must possess:
- Bachelor Degree in Business/Marketing/hospitality and other related disciplines
- 15+ years sales & marketing from high end business
- Experience in luxury membership management and growth strategy
- Exposure in event planning and execution
- Sales focused, customer centric, agile, with strong communication skill
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
