About our Client
Our client is a well sought after leading brand with aggressive plan in Asia. A new opportunity now exists for a senior retail individual to join their team as a member of the management team to contribute to the business expansion through partnership engagement and retail sales operation.
About the Role
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the management team, you will develop a strategic business plan to engage with a wide portfolio of reputable brands and work with them closely to create the innovative channels of traffic and revenue generation. You are expected to use your extensive business network to translate the innovative ideas into the action plans contributing to the improvement of brand awareness and stickiness in the market. Working under a matrix set up, you will drive an active collaboration with other functional teams working towards the common business goals. This role requires a high level of dynamic and entrepreneurship to strive a substantial business results in a vibrant and customer driven market condition.
Requirements
To qualify, successful individual must possess:
- Degree in business management / marketing
- 20+ years in retail business management with multiple international brands
- Extensive retail knowledge - retail operation, merchandising, general management
- Track record in creating innovative ideas from development to thorough execution
- Experience from China market is an advantage
- Excellent in stakeholder management, decision making and change management
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
