Job Description
To cope with the business expansion, our client is looking to hire a high calibre in E commerce & Digital.
Responsibilities
- Increase brand awareness and support business growth by formulating marketing plans
- Manage marketing activities including content management, social channels to enhance brand positioning and drive performance marketing
- Ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with brand guideline and maximize content performance
- Plan and implement CRM strategies according to business
- Lead CRM daily operations and loyalty program in collaboration with internal business partners and external agencies
- Maximize data collection and create a personalized customer journey to enhance the user engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder in marketing, communications, eCommerce, business or related discipline
- 8+ years of experiences in CRM/ digital marketing/ eCommerce from luxury/ retail industry; experience in cross-border marketing is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and command of written and spoken Chinese and English. Proficiency in Mandarin.
- Less experience candidates will be considered as Assistant Manager
