About the Client
Our client is a fast growing brand with a diversified portfolio. In response to the business expansion, they are looking for a senior management to join their team as General Manager.
About the Role
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the CEO, you will be assigned with a business line which is having a huge market potential. You will own the top and bottom line, drive the sales and channel strategy to create the demand in the market. In addition to the traditional offline revenue generation, you are expected to have a track record to develop online sales through own domain or other marketplaces in Hong Kong and China. You should understand the consumers' spending behaviour and market dynamics to design an integrated revenue model including e-commerce, O2O, retail and partnership to achieve annual business targets. By leading and building the sales and marketing team, you will also have knowledge of cost management, digital marketing, performance marketing and ROI to reach a high performance team culture.
Requirements
To qualify, successful individual must possess:
- Degree holder in Business Management, Marketing or related disciplines
- 15+ years PNL and business management experience from leading consumer sector
- Background from FMCG/education/toy is preferred
- Track record from China / Greater China markets is essential
- Experience from start up environment
- Knowledge of e-commerce, O2O and digital marketing
- Switch on, entrepreneur, energetic and team player
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communications skills
