About the Client
A well-known Property & Construction operator with businesses spanning across Hong Kong and China is now seeking for a dynamic individual to join them as the General Manager, HR & Administration.
About the Role
- Report to the Executive Director
- Oversee and lead the HR Department including but not limited to compensation & benefits, employee relations and retention, talent acquisition and management, resources management and planning, performance management, training and development, records management, HR information system, compliance, etc.;
- Act as a trusted HR advisor in the development and implementation of effective people strategies in alignment to key business objectives
- Set the objectives and provide clear guidelines to the team in managing the daily services in all areas and drive;
- Handling of HR projects and HRIS system related integration and projects for organization
- Maintain responsibility for organizational compliance with Hong Kong and laws and regulations pertaining to all human resources matters, such as employment legislation, payroll, tax, etc.;
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines is preferred
- Minimum 18 years of hands-on HR experiences preferably gained from a sizeable organization in which at least 5 years at managerial level
- Hands on experience in driving HR change and transformation for business expansion will be an advantage
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislation
- Experience in the re-design and enhancement of HR function is preferred
- Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills
- Highly agile, able to multi-task with good communication skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
