About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will provide overall project management for technology infrastructure projects. The primary function of this position will be to plan, schedule and track core infrastructure technology projects within the Group IT department covering upgrades or new installations of desktop, server and network infrastructure hardware and software. The ability to continually identify, prioritize and mitigate day-to-day project issues and risks and effectively control project scope are critical success factors. Work with stakeholders on reporting the current status of all projects based on established project management criteria. Facilitate the process to accelerate, decelerate, add to or remove projects from the portfolio.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Computer Science or equivalent field;
  • At least 8 years of experience in the following fields: network services, infrastructure operations, information technology, project and business process management
  • Highly technical with a foundation preferably in network operations and infrastructure operations; ability to work hands-on, if necessary.
  • Ability to conceptualize technology vision, enabling innovation and understanding IT infrastructure trends that can create business value and reduce overall costs
  • Strong leadership, communication, presentation, written, verbal and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation
  • Expertise in vendor management
  • Understanding of technology currently installed across the enterprise
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work across diverse organizations
  • Good command in Chinese and English
