About our Client

Our client is a leading conglomerate with diversified corporation across multiple industries in Hong Kong and China, they are seeking a seasoned Campus Recruitment professional to join the centralised Talent Acquisition team.

About the Role

  • Develop and manage an annual campus recruitment calendar, coordinating participation in career fairs, info sessions, on-campus interviews, and other student engagement activities across business units and subsidiaries
  • Craft compelling campus recruitment marketing campaigns and collateral to raise company profile as an employer of choice among target student populations
  • Collaborate with university career services teams to cultivate strong partnerships and leverage their resources for our recruitment efforts
  • Screen, interview, and assess campus candidates to identify those with the skills, experience, and potential to succeed in our various entry-level and internship programs
  • Manage the full campus recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer extension to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
  • Analyze campus recruitment data and metrics to continuously optimize strategies and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging campus recruitment trends, assessment tools, technologies, and best practices to elevate our program

The Successful Candidate

  • Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • With a minimum of 8 years of experience in campus recruitment, university relations or a similar talent acquisition role
  • Knowledgeable on most up-to-date assessment tools and psychometric tests
  • Self-motivated, passionate and with good attitude
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse business units/ subsidiaries stakeholders to understand and align with their unique hiring needs
  • Data-driven and with analytical capabilities to measure the impact of career program
  • Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
