About the Role
- Deliver high professional customer advisory service and becoming the clients point of reference
- Increase the level of store retention and acquisition rate
- Contribute to improve Client satisfactions
- Develop local client portfolio growth through client-book with focus on top spender and high potential clients
- Partner with Retail and Clientelling team in order to implement new enhanced client experience
- Develop connection with local community to engage with new high potential clients
About the Candidate
Suitable candidates will have:
- 7+ experience in Retail Luxury industries at least in 2 competitors
- A deep and broad understanding of the customer and market competitors
- Patient, Discreet, adaptable, passionate
- Dynamic, positive, curious and interested in culture and fashion
- Understand and enjoy the top spender lifestyle
- Customer care and hospitality mindset
- Focus on problem solving
- High value Client book (to be defined according with the market)
