Our client is a fast growing lifestyle well-being brand and a new opportunity now exists for an ambitious retail leader to join them as the Head of Business.
About the Role
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the management, you will be leading multiple functions including retail operation, new store opening, sales management, marketing and logistics. You will be the key member to create a structured internal system which support the rapid pace of growth, lead the right hiring and training to offer a high standard of services to the customer at both online and offline channels. You will be the key person in the management team to initiate any new ideas on business development, product opportunity as well as retail excellent management. To make yourself successful in this fast growing start-up, you are expected to have a strong entrepreneur mindset, sound leadership skill, proven planning and execution skills to drive the project from end to end.
Requirements
To qualify, successful individual must possess:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management, other related disciplines
- 12+ years retail operation and sales management experience
- Sound knowledge of PNL, track record to lead multiple functions in retail
- Experience in start-up has advantage
- New store opening project experience from end to end
- Committed, entrepreneur, fast pace, with outstanding leadership ability
