About the Client
Our client is one of the leading household retailers in the local market. In order to cope with their business expansion, they are now seeking a Head of Buying to join their team.
About the Role
- Develop sales and business development plan to enhance the market share and sales growth for the product portfolio responsible
- Identify potential products and suppliers and to oversee and manage the sourcing process
- Stay abreast of the latest market trend and to liaise with suppliers in development new products
- Evaluate the products sales performance and to formulate plans to enhance sales turnover
- Provide training to subordinate on supplier sourcing, product development and terms negotiation
Requirement
- Degree Holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Over 7 years of merchandising related working experience in the field of retail industry
- Candidates with exposure in the household and/or food categories are highly preferred
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
