About Our Client
Our client is one of the leading retail banks in Hong Kong with regional presence. They have over 40 branches and are continuing to expand their presence through existing portfolios and new ventures. They are now looking for a Head of Consumer Banking to join their management team.
About The Role
You are responsible for leading, managing and growing the Bank's retail network with established goals and implementation of strategies to achieve growth, profit and operational efficiency. You will assist in training and retention of talents and working with talent management team in identifying potential leaders. In addition, you will collaborate with senior management and Marketing Department in the implementation of sounded strategic marketing campaigns.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you should be a degree holder in Business Administration, Finance or relevant major. You should have over 20 years of experience in banking of which at least 10 years at a senior management role. Exposure in the Retail Banking is mandatory. You should be well-versed with retail banking products and compliance. You should have the ability to create and utilize best-practice management and leadership styles. Last but not least, you should have excellent organisation skills and fluency in Cantonese and English.
