About our Client
Our client is a reputable brand in their specialised sector. In response to their business growth plan, they are looking for a senior O2O individual to join their team as Head of O2O Business Platform.
About the Role
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Managing Director, you will own a newly developed platform to drive the long term business growth. You will strategize the key functions for the platform and develop the action plan for each objective. The multiple priorities include new needs creation from the customers, O2O traffic generation and enquiry / purchase conversation, development of CRM, upsell and cross sell opportunities. In addition, you will be the leader to build an E-community to achieve the brand attachment and loyalty. The E-content development is the key to generate extra and curious traffic to the platform, ultimately turn these traffic into potential monetary return. This is a highly demanding job to groom a technology platform into a revenue centre in the long term.
To qualify, successful individual must possess:
- Degree in marketing / business management / IT or other related disciplines
- 15+ years e-commerce / digital / virtual business experience
- Solid PNL ownership and ROI marketing experience
- Hands on content development, social media and UX, UI experience
- Entrepreneur mindset, result driven, highly insightful and flexible
- Strong business acumen and leadership
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
