Our client is looking for a high calibre to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies on the development of CRM program strategy and implementation including mobile app and website
- Lead a team to responsible for customer acquisition, engagement and retention via omnichannel.
- Manage the internal stakeholder on customer service including customer journey from the end user of the CRM platform including mobile app and website.
- Responsible for platform maintenance and system optimization.
- Provide training to internal staff including the system flow and the user journey.
- Work closely with data analytic team to review the effectiveness of campaigns and promotions based on the agreed KPI.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or related disciplines
- At least 7 years of experience in loyalty marketing or marketing communications
- Solid experience in managing multiple stakeholders, agencies, vendors
- Hands on experience in Microsoft Dynamic CRM, or relevant CRM platform is required
- Prior experience working in CRM & loyalty programs is a must
- Microsoft Office, CMS and analysis tools experience or similar required
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
