About our Client
Our client is a reputable FMCG brand with a diversified portfolio under their belt. They are looking for an experienced sales individual to join their team as Head of Sales.
About the Role
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Business Director, you will develop annual sales strategy to achieve the business targets. Owning all the product categories, you will manage a comprehensive sales channels across modern trade, food services as well as B2B. By leading a team of function heads, you will ensure the achievement of quarter sales target and a substantial sales pipelines in place. You will inspire and lead the teams to explore new business opportunities from the current or uncapped clients to expand the market and volume share. Another responsibility is to supervise a sizeable delivery team to deliver the products to all sales channels every day. You will be working with the team closely to ensure an effective and customer driven planning and execution system is in place to fulfil a high quality of daily delivery services.
Requirements
To qualify, successful individual must possess:
- Degree in business management or other related disciplines
- 12+ years sales management from FMCG brands
- All rounded coverage of modern trade, food services & new channels
- Track record in multiple teams management
- Sound leadership, fast paced, open minded and result driven
- Strong communications skillls, able to work with all levels of staffs
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Presentable, collaborative, dynamic and energetic
