About the Client

A leading conglomerate with an ever-changing business portfolio is now looking for a high caliber individual to join them as the Head of Talent Management.

About the role

As the Head of Talent Management, you will report directly into the CHRO while supervising a small team of 3 - 4 staff members. You will oversee the design and implementation of talent and leadership development agenda including but not limited to HiPo and succession planning. Moreover, you are tasked with the responsibility in the development and launch of a brand-new competency model. In addition, it is crucial to maintain a strong relationship with internal key stakeholders while understanding their needs and identifying any talent gaps in between in accordance to key business objectives. Furthermore, you will provide advice to the line managers to develop and materialize the development plan for individual talents for performance management purpose.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in HR Management, Psychology or related disciplines
  • A minimum 15 years of experience in the L&D / talent development / talent management spectrum with proven track record of success in the management and development of related curriculum and framework
  • Experience in HR Consultancy will be an advantage
  • Driven, result oriented with strong passion towards talent development
  • Innovative and creativewith good business acumen
  • Good communication and project management skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Manager
