About our Client
Our client is a reputable and sizeable company with various iconic projects in Hong Kong and China. Due to the business expansion, they are currently looking for a Events & Marketing Communication professional to join the team and responsible for internal events planning.
About the Role
- Under Human Resources department, directly report to Assistant General Manager, Human Resources
- Be the person-in-charge of developing and executing comprehensive internal events and communications plans that align with company objectives
- Collaborate with other HR counterparts and related business units to plan and coordinate various events, including townhalls, board meetings, seminars, annual dinner and staff engagement activities
- Design and create content on social media platforms (e.g. Linkedin and website) and internal announcement
- Responsible for budget planning and cost control on internal events matters
- Gather and handle post-events feedback and evaluation for management review
- Assist in any HR projects if required
The Successful Candidate
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With 8 years of experience in Events and Marketing Communication, and/or Employee Engagement
- Solid experience in planning sizeable events
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent in stakeholders management and multitasking skills
- Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
