About Our Client
Our client is a well-established MNC within logistics sector, they are now seeking for a HR Executive to join their Human Resources team in driving HR initiatives, providing strategic HR guidance, and promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.
About The Role:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, such as employee turnover, recruitment statistics, training effectiveness, and other relevant key performance indicators.
- Present data findings and recommendations to HR management and other stakeholders.
- Organize and coordinate group engagement activities to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and department representatives to plan and execute employee events, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and company-wide celebrations.
- Evaluate the success of engagement activities and events, and propose improvements based on feedback and outcomes.
- Utilization of the Smart Connect employee mobile app, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives.
The Successful Applicant:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in HR or any related field focus on business partnering and engagement
- Proficient in using data analysis tools and software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey data findings and recommendations effectively.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dynamic and creative mindset with event management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent English and Cantonese
