Our client is an industry leader within the Entertainment & Media sector. They are hiring a Intellectual Property Specialist to handle all IP/TM matters at Group level. Good work life balance and competitive package offered.
About The Role
- Draft and review legal documents relating to intellectual property matters
- Manage trademark and patent database, this includes updating status reports of trademark profiles and maintain filing system
- Conduct trademark, patent and copyright applications, renewal, invalidations, and manage infringement and prosecution issues
- Provide administrative and legal assistance to Legal Counsels
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Legal Studies
- 5+ years of solid IP/TM experience, in-house experience within Entertainment/Media sector a plus
- Proficient in both English and Chinese
- High sense of responsibility, and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Organised, self-motivated, detail-oriented
- Immediate available highly regarded
