IT Audit Manager
About the Client
Our client is a market leader in its industry who owns a very structured Internal Audit Department. To cope with their business needs, they are inviting a seasoned IT Audit Manager to join their Hong Kong office.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of IT Audit, you will work in a neat team to carry out risk-based audits. You will help to prepare the annual audit plan and audit papers for Audit Committee meetings. You will work on IT risk assessment and IT governance and touch on areas such as cyber security, data privacy, digital transformation and IT infrastructure. You will help to identify issues, prepare reports to illustrate the findings and provide senior management with practical recommendations. You will also need to work with operational audit teams for integrated audits when it is necessary.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be an IT audit specialist with at least 6 years of relevant experience gained from professional services firms/ sizable corporations/ banks and financial institutions. Relevant professional qualifications such as HKICPA,CIA,CISA,CISSP are required. Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills are required. The ability to work independently and liaise with people at different seniorities across business units is crucial. High proficiency in English is required. Straight Big 4 IT Risk Advisory candidates will also be considered. Minimum travel is required by default.
