About client
Our client is a renowned listed retail group with a strong foundation in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for an IT Manager with good knowledge in the operation of the retail industry.
About the role
- Supervising the company's application and infrastructure to deliver smooth backend operation
- Managing team members and vendors to address front-line store IT issues
- Overseeing and coordinating internal IT project implementation (e.g., POS, Payment systems, infrastructure)
- Maintaining IT operation procedures and policies for efficiency enhancement, such as incident management, change management and problem management
- Analyzing requirements from relevant stakeholders to come up with IT solutions that can achieve excellent business operation
- Training front-line users and teammates on updates or new systems
Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of related working experience, with abundant experience in engaging IT management in retail, FMCG, or F&B is preferred
- Experience in solutions and operation of retail-related technologies, such as POS, systems, and network
- Strong background in IT infrastructure and infrastructure security solutions
- With vendors & team management, communication and problem-solving skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
