About our client
Our client is a professional business service solution provider with headquarters in Europe. Under the circumstance of expansion in the Hong Kong office, they are looking for an IT Officer to join their team.
About the role
- Being the first contact point on IT L1/2 helpdesk issues
- Providing support on IT technology in an office environment in a friendly and effective manner, such as on AD administration, networking issues, printing solutions, ERP support, etc.
- Handling requests related to the system, including system administration, configuration and integration
- Cooperating with internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver smooth business system operation
- Engaging in IT administration tasks, such as inventory control, documentation, vendor management, etc.
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or relevant field
- 1- 3 years experience of relative working experience in an office environment; Fresh grad with relevant experience is welcomed
- Experience in supporting applications is a plus, such as ERP, SaaS
- Knowledge of Windows server, AD/Sharepoint, LAN/WAN is a plus
- Familiar with the MacOS environment is a plus
- Good analytics and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and project planning
- A good team player with a friendly attitude
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese
