About our Client:
Our client is a US listed medical devices manufacturer and distributor. To cope with their business growth, they are looking for an experienced IT Services Manager to support their Hong Kong office.
About the Role:
Reporting to the IT Manager, you will be responsible for IT infrastructure administration and maintenance for both on-premises and cloud. You will provide local and regional helpdesk support to end users on IT issues, systems support and administration in networks, servers and application systems. You will also perform hardware and software installation (e.g. Windows Notebooks, Printers and Handhelds), maintenance and troubleshooting. You will manage IT assets and assist in IT documentation and process improvement. Through participating in project management, you will work with vendors on IT projects, IT equipment and service procurement. You will provide training to end users, report system incidents/ issues/errors in a timely manner, and work with other regions to deliver 2nd level support.
Requirements:
Degree educated in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines, you will have at least 3 years team leading experience in IT Infrastructure & Operations, IT Service Desk or Deskside support. You must have solid experience in IT support operations, Windows server administration, system supports and troubleshooting. Hands on experience on VMWare, Cisco switches/Wifi Controller/Access Points, Windows server environment, Domain Control, Active Directory, O365 administration, Microsoft SQL or other data related tools is a must. Experience in Oracle ERP or NetSuite environment is an advantage. You will be someone with strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to work independently and be proactive in a dynamic and fast-pace environment. Proficiency in both verbal and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Occasion travelling overseas is required.
