About our Client
Our client is an international consumer brand with an ambitious expansion plan in Asia region. A new opportunity now exists for an experienced sales and marketing talent from the direct selling business model to join their team as Lead, Client Services & Engagement.
About the Role
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for building a close partnership with the clients in Hong Kong. Having a rich experience from the direct selling business model, you will be expected to devise an engagement strategy to develop a systemic and effective communication platform with the clients and offer guidance and support to grow the business gradually according to the business objectives set for the market. As a communication bridge between the clients in Hong Kong and the Headquarter, you will initiate various business solutions in response to the different issues or questions raise by the clients. In addition, you will be working closely with the Marketing Team to plan and participate into any events or projects to improve the touch points with the clients and brand awareness in the market.
Requirements
To qualify, successful individual must possess:
- Degree in business management or other related disciplines
- 10+ years sales or marketing experience from consumer brands
- Experience from Direct Selling Model is highly preferred
- Proven track record in client engagement and relationship building
- Strong business acumen and outstanding problem solving skills
- Personable, passionate and excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
