Our client is well-established MNC conglomerate business. As part of business transformation, they are inviting a seasoned HRIS Leader to join and oversee the HR Technology transformation, roadmap and architecture.
About The Role
Reporting into the Head of People Services, you will:
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify HR technology needs and opportunities for improvement
- Lead a team of HR Technology professionals, providing guidance and mentorship
- Partner with the HR and information technology teams to understand and drive the strategy, roadmap and implementation of enterprise process, data and technology changes and implementations
- Ensure existing HR systems are configured to support HR processes, compliance and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues and enhance system functionality
- Manage HR data integrity and security, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and technology enhancements
- Drive process improvements and efficiency within the HR department by leveraging innovative technology solutions
- Stay connected to industry trends and emerging HR technology offerings as well as best practices
- Lead change management efforts related to HR technology initiatives, ensuring successful adoption among colleagues and managers
- Manage relationships with HR technology vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee service-level agreements
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources, Information Technology or relevant disciplines
- Extensive experience with variety of HR system usage, strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance requirements, and best practices
- Proven team management skills, with the ability to motivate and developing a high-performing team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of people technology systems and their ability to transform people processes
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and innovation in HR technology
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices
