About the Role
- Develop and implement leasing strategies for the company's portfolio of properties
- Identify, prospect, and secure potential tenants for commercial office spaces
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts within the real estate industry
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Prepare leasing reports and provide regular updates to management on leasing activities and market trends
The successful applicants
- Degree in Real Estate, Surveying or other related disciplines
- 1 years' or above of related working experience
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strategic, Passionate and Good communication skills
