A Hong Kong Renowned Developer is looking for an Assistant Leasing Manager to join their team
About the Role
- Handle regular leasing matters (e.g. new letting, renewal) to cover and take care potential tenants
- Maintain good relationship with tenants to support their needs
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. technical team, property management) to ensure all the projects meet company's requirement
- Conduct market research, reports and analysis
The successful applicants
- Degree in Real Estate, Surveying or other related disciplines
- 5 years' or above of related working experience
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
