An International Manufacturing Company is looking for a Senior Manager to manage their self-owned properties
About the Role
- Manage a portfolio of properties, including Industrial and Residential assets
- Manage service providers to ensure their quality meets company's standard
- As a landlord to oversee all aspects of property operations, including lease administration, tenant relations, maintenance, and financial performance
- Oversee property maintenance and repair activities, coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
The successful applicants
- Degree in Property Management, Real Estate or other related disciplines
- 8 years' or above of related working experience
- PMP Tier 1 Licence is a must
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Independent, Stable and Good communication skills
