About The Client
Our client is an Asian-based Internet Technology Company. As part of business expansion, they are inviting a Legal Counsel to be based in Hong Kong to support with cross-border transactional and regulatory issues.
About The Role
A legal counsel is sought to support the capital markets practice and post-listing compliance issues of an Asia-based technology company. You will come with good experience dealing with SFC/SEC rules, listing compliance and relevant regulations. A strong understanding of capital market transactions and regulations is highly desirable. Fluent English and Mandarin language skills, both written and spoken, are required.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with training at a reputable law firm
- 5+ PQE, solid experience handling capital markets projects or post-listing rules compliance
- Experience handling cross-border projects is preferred but not essential
- Open-minded, proactive, self-driven
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills
- Superb interpersonal and communications skills
