About The Client
Our client is a growing MNC in retail / FMCG sector; they are currently looking for a Legal Manager to join as part of the Hong Kong business. Targeting candidates with 5+ years relevant legal experience acquired from multicultural work environment and ideally retail / FCMG / fast-moving sectors. This role sits with a lean team; high proficiency in English (and Chinese), also an individual familiar with commercial agreements, NDA and legal advisory highly regarded.


About The Role
This role sits within a lean team and will involve the drafting and reviewing of commercial contracts and/ or legal documents, spotting key risks and recommending relevant risk measures to senior management team. You will also act the internal legal advisor to business stakeholders across corporate, commercial, property leasing, marketing contracts etc, and also help maintain the legal archive and legal researches as required.


Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a LLM degree holder with minimum 5+ years experience in retail / FMCG sector. Proficiency in English and Chinese required for this role, and sound knowledge in drafting skills and strong commercial sense will help excel in this role. This role sits under a lean team, so high independence and an organised and attentive mindset highly regarded. The role pays up to HKD55k per month, alongside competitive advantage to attract the best.
