About Our Client
Our client is one of the leading property developers in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a legal manager with PQE 5+ to join as part of their legal team, targeting someone well versed with 1st hand sale, acquisition of buildings and land via share purchase, and someone familiar with local laws and practices relating to building management and tenancy.

About The Role
Reporting into the Legal Director, you will be resposible for general commercial duties including reviewing and drafting legal documents; assessing commercial and possible legal risks affecting the business. You will also manage and assist on litigation matters relating to property, property management and construction, and at the same time work closely with internal business teams to ensure operational efficiency, and involve in the implementation of group policies and compliance matters, also to ensure legal compliance with best practice risk management are in place. On top of which, you will also liaise with external counsels and conduct legal research as required.

The ideal candidate will be a local qualified lawyer with PQE5+ gained from reputable law firm and property sector. You will demonstrate relevant legal skills in property and share sales, leasing, property management and related areas. Good drafting skills in English will be essential, also a strong and thorough legal analysis and research skills will help excel in this role. English and Chinese will be required for this position, and this role pays up to HKD100k per month with competitive fringe benefits to attract the best.
