About our client
Our client is a fast-growing Fintech company with a strong foundation and background. With the need of handling their upcoming expansion, they are looking for a Linux System Engineer to join their team.
About the role
- Responsible for managing, operating and administration on systems in the cloud/on-prem environment at a cooperative level
- Supporting and troubleshooting the operation of the company system to sustain the business operation
- Deliver infrastructure projects, such as updates, deployment and configuration, in a professional and effective manner
- Assisting the design and planning stage of new system solutions
- Assisting IT administration duties, such as health-checking, capacity planning, SOP draft and documentation
Requirements
- Diploma degreee or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the L2 system administration/engineering level
- Hands-on experience in the Linux environment, and related technology, such as Red Hat, is essential
- Experience in maintaining the operation of Cloud platforms, preferably in AWS/Alicloud
- With exposure in the financial service industry, such as banking, Fintech, and insurance is a plus
- Knowledge of Apache/Kubernetes/Ansible/Terraform is a big plus
- Good communication skills with a friendly and energetic attitude
- Good command of English and Chinese(Cantonese & Mandarin)
