Our client is one of the world's fast growing and sizable multinational insurance company and is now looking for claim expertise to support their business
Responsibilities
- Assess and approve minor and major claim cases
- Ensure effective and efficient operation procedure and services are delivered in accordance with Company's standard
- Provide managerial advice and feedback to streamline procedures and workflow
- Provide training to agency so as to promote awareness of claim knowledge, procedures, new regulations and product launch
- Provide recommendation and engage in projects to enhance internal workflows
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years' experience in life claims
- University graduate with professional qualification in life insurance such as FLMI, ALHC
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good communication and analytical skills with solid product understanding
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
