About the company
Our client is a fast growing retail banking group in Hong Kong. Due to the recent expansion, they are looking for high caliber to join their Customer Experience team for a Market Research and Digital Experience Manager position.
About the role
Reporting to the Customer Experience Head, you will be responsible for conducting end-to-end market research and analysis on banking products to collect customer insights for management decision making. You are requested to establish quantitative and qualitative research strategy to improve pain points from data mining, product surveys and focus groups. You are required to manage research design, questionnaire development, fielding and evaluation reports. You have to work closely with Product, Marketing, digital and Service teams by providing findings on product preferences, competitors' study and market trend. In addition, you will manage related digital projects and formulate digital customer journey to enhance digital performance of the bank.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
- Degree holder preferably in Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in market research in banking / Financial Services industry.
- Good understanding in developing research study on products and digital experience for banking / financial products.
- Excellent in using Excel with knowledge in using other database programming / statistical software will be an advantage.
- Strong business sense and sound analytical skills.
- Well-versed communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
