About our Client:
Our client is a leading media company which provides online and mobile products. They are seeking for a Mobile Software Engineer who is passionate about learning new technologies, coding and design patterns to join their IT team.
About the Role:
Reporting to the IT Manager, you will be responsible in developing advanced applications for the iOS / Android platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. You will participate in prototype creations, unit-test code for robustness, usability, and general reliability. You will also work on bug fixing and improving application performance and research on new technologies to maximize development efficiency as well as optimize the UI and back-end application code for efficiency and performance.
Requirements:
Degree educated in Computer Science/ Engineering or other related disciplines, you will have at least 2 years of experience in iOS / Android mobile application development and hands on experience in publishing iOS / Android apps in the app store. You must have strong understanding in mobile applications development on iOS / Android platform with proficiency in Objective-C / Swift / Java / Kotlin. Work experience with Network Open API platform, online advertising services and data analysis tools, Geofencing and Beacons related technology, continuous integration, cross platforms development (e.g. React Native), media development, other web technologies will be an asset. Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese is essential. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Mobile Software Engineer.
