Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance the existing IT infrastructure;
- Monitor and maintain systems, server, network and other business management systems or communication related facilities;
- Manage support and troubleshooting of frontend and backend systems with internal/external parties;
- Perform configuration and administration tasks on virtualized platforms (e.g. VMware) and Windows-based network;
- Set up and configure networking equipment, such as firewalls, routers and switches;
- Design and implement disaster recovery solutions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines;
- Excellent IT troubleshooting and incident management;
- Hands on experience in firewalls, VPN, network security, security system support;
- Strong in administration of Microsoft AD and Office 365;
- Good knowledge on network infrastructure and configuration;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua is an advantage.
