About our client
Our client is a reputable IT infrastructure solution provider, with a solid market share in the local market. With the purpose of team expansion, they are looking for a Solution Consultant who is familiar with IT solutions in data center (such as ICT, networking and FTNS)
About the role
- Collecting and analyzing client requirements to design corresponding solutions for productivity enhancement
- Working as a trusted advisor and understanding the needs and goals of clients, thereby recommending related products/solutions to them
- Working closely with the internal Sales & Infrastructure Engineering teams to deliver solutions or services that are tailor-made for the clients
- Preparing and presenting technical solution proposal/proof of concept(POC) to the customers
- Assisting on the post-sales tasks, such as POC, UAT & training
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree holder in Information Systems, Computer Science or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 3+ years of IT consulting, Presales or relevant working experience, preferably with experience in datacenter/ICT/Networking solutions
- With experience in relevant products, such as ICT/Networking/Wireless Networking/Cabling/Fibre/Cloud/SD-WAN/IT Security, etc.
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
