About Our Client
Our client is a well-established company with a diversified business coverage. They are now hiring a Paralegal to join as part of the legal team.
About The Role
You will sit within a sizeable Legal team and support counsels on the follow:
- Draft, review and advise on commercial agreements, correspondence and other documents
- Provide legal support in compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
- Conduct legal research, analyse legal and compliance issues and recommend resolutions
- Assist in contract negotiations with clients and service providers
- Support intellectual property matters including application, drafting submissions and database management
- Provide secretarial support to Legal Counsel as appropriate
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be/have:
- LLB or LLM holder
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience working in sizeable corporations
- Prior IP experience will be a plus
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (fluency in Mandarin an advantage)
- Immediate available candidates highly regarded
